Losing a loved one can be a difficult and emotional experience. We understand that dealing with the legal side of probate can be overwhelming. Our experienced legal team is here to assist you and your family with compassionate guidance to make the process easier.
We provide probate services for both simple and complex estates, with or without a Will. Our team can help Executors obtain the grant of probate and administer the estate, or appoint an Administrator if needed. We strive to reduce the administrative burden and provide sensitive guidance when managing an estate, as we understand that the process and legal requirements can be unfamiliar and confusing.
We will provide a clear timeline for the probate process and keep you and beneficiaries informed throughout. Our goal is to make you our top priority and ensure that someone from our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns. Fees are typically paid from the estate, so there may not be a need for you to fund the administration.
Our firm offers hourly rate pricing for our services, with fees ranging from £1,500 to £6,000 for simple estates, £5,000 to £12,000 for medium complex estates, and up to £35,000 for the most complex estates. Disbursements, such as Land Registry and court fees, are paid separately and handled by our firm on your behalf.
We can also assist with Inheritance Tax and additional costs, such as the sale or transfer of property, and provide estimates for any additional fees.
